- messages and files you send when requesting support.
We do not receive or store your complete payment-card details. Lemon Squeezy processes payment information as merchant of record.

5. Your self-hosted content
Images, spreadsheets, playlists and other content uploaded to a self-hosted Signage Hub installation are stored in your own environment. We do not receive that content merely because you use the software. The organisation operating the installation is responsible for its own users, content, security and privacy obligations.

This promotional website does not use advertising or behavioural analytics cookies. When you open checkout or the billing portal, Lemon Squeezy may use cookies and similar technology needed to provide and secure its service. That activity is governed by Lemon Squeezy’s notices.
7. International transfers
Some service providers may process information outside the United Kingdom. Where data-protection law requires it, we use an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
