What does one activation mean?
Your licence activates one Signage Hub server installation. That installation can serve an unlimited number of viewer displays and playlists.
Where is my signage content stored?
Your uploaded files, playlists, timings and settings remain in the persistent storage attached to your self-hosted Signage Hub installation.
How do I receive and renew my licence?
Lemon Squeezy emails your licence key after purchase. The annual subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through the billing portal before the renewal date.
Does Signage Hub see my card details?
No. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and securely handles checkout, payment information, taxes, invoices and billing management.
Can every website be shown on a display?
Not always. A website can prevent embedding through its browser security settings. Images and spreadsheet previews are served directly by your installation.
Can I request a refund?
Yes. Our refund policy includes a 14-day first-purchase promise, subject to fraud and abuse checks, without limiting your statutory rights.
